In The Woods, Rocking the Saturday Night, In Argentina!

The Norwegian progressive black metal band “In The Woods” took the stage of the “Teatrito” last Saturday, September 9, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We had the pleasure of interviewing the band ( Nils O. Drivdal “bass” and Kåre A. Sletteberg “guitars” ) before they visit our country, It has left us more expectant about their concert!

Opening the night 3 Argentinian Bands “Cavernaria”, “Terror en Camino Negro”, and “Espiritismo”.

After an outstanding performance by the national bands, the highlight of the night came with “In The Woods”, I was standing on the left side in front of the stage, was magnificent to see their performance so close! The band came to present their current album released in 2022 “Diversum”.

The great and powerful voice of Bernt Fjellestad, has left us all breathless, Nils Olav Drivdal is incredible on bass, a beautiful moment of the night was with the solo of Kåre André Sletteberg on guitar, Bernt Sørensen amazing on guitar and an extraordinary performance by Anders Kobro on drums!

Going through their old tracks (playing songs from their first album “Heart of the Ages” released in 1995) and current tracks (such as “We Sinful Converge”, “The Coward’s Way”, “The Malevolent God” )

Closing the night with “299 796 km/s” and the namesake song In the Woods!)
