ICE NINE KILLS: Welcome to Horror-London!

ICE NINE KILLS live at O2 Forum Kentish Town
London 2nd June 2023

Ice Nine Kills brought their spectacular show in London, for 2 nights in a row, as part of their Wurst Vacation Tour. The UK dates were initially scheduled for March and then pushed to June, and Sunray Magazine attended the second show of their sold-out dates in London. The tour also included other main cities such as Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Berlin and more. The band brought on a tour, as a special guest, the band Skynd (a band to keep on your radar for sure!).
The O2 Forum is packed, and for any fans of the horror movies scene (and metal music of course!), the Forum is definitely the place to be. Everywhere in the venue it’s easy to spot dressed up fans that brought a little bit of Halloween in June (why not, we would love to have Halloween at least once a month…).
Ice Nine Kills, who returned to London after almost 4 years, put together a picturesque and striking show that kept every single person at the Forum with their eyes glued to the stage. In a sort of Alice Cooper 2.0, the band from Massachusetts brought on stage, for almost every single song of their setlist, scenes from horror movies from the 80’s and the 90’s (Hellraiser, Pet Sematary, IT, Hostel, just to name a few) to reinforce the main idea behind their latest work “The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood” in which every song is inspired by horror films.
We really enjoyed the show, as we are sure 99.9% of the crowd did, and we are now looking forward to the next Ice Nine Kills chapter… What new atrocities will the band bring? In the meantime, stay safe out there!
